Kelly Brook has revealed the key to staying fit and healthy.
What is it? A workout between the sheets, apparently.
Now, now, before you go all coy and blush, we have to say she departed some other interesting titbits too.
Of the food variety.
Chatting to Closer magazine about how she stays in shape she said: "Sex keeps me fit and healthy. What can be better than that?"
Well, um, we're not going to hazard a guess or off our humble opinions.
Nope, we'll move on to some food talk.
She also told the mag: "It's not about crazy diets or gym workouts. At the end of the day, I'm a normal girl and I'm not going to deny myself desserts."
Right on, Kel.
She also said: "I don't diet and I don't feel under pressure to be a certain shape or size. I am what I am. I keep my figure by eating what I want, but not in bulk."
Hmmm, does that mean we can't finish off a whole Twix?
But there is a shining ray of hope.
Even though she confessed to liking healthy food, and to making her own soups, veggie and fish dishes, it was a joy to hear her admit: "I always have three meals a day, but if I'm working late, I'll stop off at McDonald's for a Big Mac and chips."
