Well, he didn't stumble across her in the frozen foods section of a supermarket, that's for sure.
Instead, the lad is Blighty's own Eddie Redmayne, who's starring alongside Jess in the movie Powder Blue.
So, a certain Sexyback singer can rest easy, because this couple's trolley tactics were all in the name of work.
New rumblings say Jess may be in talks to star as the new Wonder Woman in the movie Justice League Of America, in which case a trolley won't quite be a suitable mode of transport for a superhero.
But still, we think Jess is kinda cool anyways.
