There was a time when he was all camera-shy...
But as Jude Law gets older, he's lovin' the attention.
Yup, it wasn't so long ago that Jude would run a mile on spotting a photographer.
He'd more likely eat his own hat than pose for a pap.
But ageing is a funny old thing.
And as the hand of time is whirring towards - dare we mention it - middle age for the Alfie star, it seems his opinion of the "Jude heart-throb" alter ego has changed just a wee bit.
Jude told the New York Daily News: "When you're called one thing, you want to be understood as something else, and if you're called the other thing, you want to go the other way.
"But I think the beauty of getting older, not ageing, because I'm not that old, is that you just mellow out and realise that to be called anything means people are paying attention."
Right on, Jude.
We never thought we'd hear the serious thespian actor 'fess up to liking his shallower side - but the ever-looming threat of receding hairlines and greying locks makes a man appreciate his lot in life.
We think that's what he's on about anyways...
