There's more news from the Britney Spears camp.
As it seems Brit's visitation rights with her kids have been suspended.
This is according to a court document released yesterday.
The document reads: "(Spears') visitation with the minor children is suspended pending (her) compliance with court orders."
But no further explanation was given.
In mid-September the court ordered Britney to complete random drug tests, work with a parenting coach and receive counselling.
This new ruling comes after Kevin Federline's lawyer requested an emergency hearing on Wednesday, and was handed down by L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon.
People says a lawyer for Britney declined to comment.
Britney had previously been granted visitation rights with the children.
The next scheduled hearing is set for 26th October.
And, in yet more Britney news, People says her attorney has now confirmed that a settlement has been agreed up in her alleged hit-and-run.
They report Britney has reached a financial agreement with the owners of the damaged car in the alleged accident.
Her lawyer, J.Michael Flanagan told People: "It's approximately in the $1,000 range."
However, Britney's two misdemeanour criminal charges still stand.
But, her lawyer apparently says the hit-and-run charges could be dropped if the court sees proof of compensation from the agreement, and allegedly also says they are working on "resolving the licence issue".
People says Britney's arraignment date is 25th October.
