Baby Spice has come a cropper.
But what does this mean for the tour?
Emma Bunton took a bump on stage in Las Vegas on Tuesday night during the last of the SG's US dates before they head to London.
And she's now all plastered up in a cast.
Emma said: "I had a tumble on stage and unfortunately I have sprained my ankle, so I'm hobbling around on crutches."
"But I'm sure to make a speedy recovery and see you all at the O2."
A rep for the group said Emma's injury would not affect the tour which heads to the UK this week.
Em still joined the rest of the band to unveil a new plane - which has been named after them.
So now you can take a ride in the Virgin Atlantic jet Spice One.
The girls said: "It's fantastic to have a plane named in our honour."
"We wish everyone who travels onboard Spice One a great flight."
Sir Richard Branson added: "We are proud to be bringing the Spice Girls back in style for their home-coming tour, and back in time for Christmas, following their triumphant US shows."
