BBC children's TV presenter Mark Speight has been arrested and questioned on suspicion of the murder of his girlfriend, Natasha Collins.
Police are also looking into the possibility that Natasha died of a drug overdose.
Natasha's body was found in the bath of the home she shared with Mark in North London on Thursday. He tried to revive her before calling the emergency services.
Mark, who hosts BBC art show SMart, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of her murder and supplying cocaine and was bailed in the early hours of Friday morning.
Sky's crime correspondent, Martin Brunt, said: "Police are coming to the view that this isn't a suspicious death but this has still to be completely verified."
A statement released on the presenter's behalf reads:
"At the moment no one knows what happened. Mark found her (Natasha's) body in the bathroom and immediately called an ambulance and the police.
"Mark was the only other person present in the flat and has therefore been questioned by the police as a matter of course.
"He is assisting police with their enquiries and has nothing to do with Natasha's death.
"Mark is absolutely distraught at the loss of Natasha and hopes that everyone will appreciate what a very sad time this is for both Mark and Natasha's family."
