Fret not.
Kate Moss has not been to the plastic surgeon's.
Instead, her facial turnaround has come about because the supermodel is stretching her lips to form a smile.
Shock horror.
It's not something we see very often - if ever, in fact.
But for the first time in history (OK we're being dramatic), Kate flashed a grin in the direction of a paparazzi photographer.
She should do it more often. She looks cute mid-teeth flash.
Was it because she was freshly back from her hols in Thailand with lover boy Jamie Hince?
Or is this a brand new look she's trying out for 2008?
Perhaps it will catch on and we'll see models the world over smiling and looking happy with their lot rather than being misery guts.
Either way, enjoy her rare smile among a gallery of Kate Moss' grumpy faces.
