And I can reveal that Kate's boyf Pete Doherty and his band Babyshambles have recorded her singing various indie tracks in addition to covers by her favourite star Marianne Faithful.
A mole told me: "Ideally she sees these songs finding a life on the net.
"She knows that no one would take her that seriously as a musician but secretly that's her dream."
