Sienna Miller has been going through a tough time with the media recently.
So it's good to hear she's scored a triumph in her fight against being harassed.
The actress has been awarded a hefty sum in damages.
It was only a few weeks back that Sky Showbiz complained of aggressive paparazzi treatment against the star, in a special Save Sienna campaign.
And now Sienna, 26, has accepted £15,000 in damages from The Daily Star newspaper, who apologised for publishing an invasive photograph of her taken in Los Angeles.
Si's lawyers, Carter-Ruck, told The Press Association that it had also been agreed that she should also receive costs and an undertaking from the newspaper.
In a statement, the Daily Star said:
"On 11th September we published an article about the actress Sienna Miller. The article was accompanied by a photograph of Sienna in a building in Los Angeles.
"We accept, as we said in the article, that Ms Miller was extremely harassed and distressed by persistent pursuit and intimidating tactics adopted by numerous paparazzi in seeking to obtain photographs of her, including the very photograph that we published.
"We apologise to Sienna for publishing this photograph."
