Something's ruffled Sienna Miller's feathers.
It's all to do with her recent holiday.
Or to be more precise, snaps that were released of her on it.
Sienna is suing two major newspapers and a photo agency for releasing pictures of her on vacation in Italy recently.
The pics, which showed Sienna topless alongside oil heir Balthazar Getty, prompted a flurry of speculation about how Si was involved with the married father of four.
Balthazar later released a statement confirming that he had split from his wife.
Sienna's lawyers are now filing high court action against the News Of The World, The Sun and Big Pictures for breach of privacy in relation to photos and articles published in light of the story.
Sienna's legal rep, Mark Thomson, of law firm Carter-Ruck, confirmed that he had issued fresh proceedings, telling the Guardian:
"Neither I nor my client will be commenting further."
The News Of The World have now issued a statement saying they believe the holiday snaps of Sienna are of "legitimate public interest".
