Her rumoured love, Balthazar Getty, has piped up.

And confirmed he's splitting from his wife, Rosetta Getty.

According to People, Balth's released a statement which reads: "The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved.

"In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the internet, which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."

He and Rosetta married in 2000 and have four children together.

Rumours of a romance with Sienna have been brewing for a few weeks and recently the pair were spied holidaying together and smooching on a boat by Italy's Amalfi coast.

On a previous occasion Balthazar denied there was anything going on with Sienna, however.

And, of course, Sienna's people haven't breathed a word on the matter either.

Guess we'll have to wait until someone decides to say something more then, right?
