Steve-O has appeared in court.
And pleaded guilty to charges of cocaine possession.
The Jackass star was told that he must attend rehab for two years - but, as a silver lining, that means no jail time for him.
There is another positive side to Steve-O's drug admission - it seems that he's seen the error of his ways and is almost 3 months sober.
His attorney, Barry Gerald Sands, said: "Steve is doing great - he has been sober for 85 days. His probation is set for 18 months, but it may be shorter depending on his good behaviour and continuation with the programme he is in."
