Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad We've been having withdrawals from our fave LA show.

The Hills is back on US small screens and it's simply not fair.

So we thought we'd give you a sneaky fix, just to keep you going until it's back on here.

We're firstly inserting a *SPOILER ALERT* - we wouldn't want things to be ruined for you lot who like surprises.

As for the rest, pin back your lugholes - OK, so things have hit breaking point between Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad. They'd been living together but when Lauren "Lo" Bosworth moved in it all turned sour.

Anyway Audrina and Lauren have finally had a heart-to-heart and Audrina has blogged about it.

She said: "Last night’s episode of The Hills was intense.

"I'm so glad Lauren and I had that talk.

"I've definitely learned not to let things build up and not to avoid certain scenarios. That was one of our first little confrontations. I believe they only make your friendship stronger in the long run."

We quite agree.

Phew, we feel slightly light headed after that little dose of Hills goss.
