But it seems that, less than a week in, the cracks are starting to show for the star.

Things started to fall apart for Ulrika after head of house Terry Christian nominated her as the star with "the most inflated ego".

Her housemates then failed to save her from eviction, meaning she will face the public vote this Friday, alongside glamour model Lucy Pinder.

The 41-year-old claimed she was pleased at the move, because it meant she might see her four kids again.

However, the atmosphere between her and Terry was notably tense after she found out about him labelling her egotistical.

"It (the nomination) doesn't mean you have the biggest ego, Ulrika," Terry said, to which Ulrika replied tersely:

"I know, but publicly it does."

Privately, the former weather girl admitted that the mood of the house had changed, saying: "It doesn't feel as cohesive as it did at the outset".

She also confessed that Coolio was grating on her, commenting that his "volume and massive presence can get a little bit tiring".

Blimey. Here's hoping she cheers up soon. Or will she be BB's very first walkout of the season?
