Hels doesn't seem to care what people think, and takes life with a pinch of salt.

Refreshingly for a major movie actress, our Hels likes to keep it real.
Not only does she refuse to conform to what an actress "should" look like, she isn't afraid to flaunt her all-natural body on the beach either.
And we can't deny she's in great shape for a woman in her forties.
Helena has spent the last few days kicking back with her family on the beach near her home in Malibu.
She's been slated by some for wearing a bright red cossie with a deep plunging neckline.
But we say - who cares? She's clearly very comfortable with the bod she's got and doesn't feel the need to hide it away.
Let's face it - we could all learn a thing or two from Ms Bonham Carter.
