If the word on the street is true, Mel's going to marry her beau, Thomas Starr, next April - just one month after giving birth. 

Mel's apparently planning a low-key do.

That is probably a good thing seeing as she's going to have her hands full with her very first baby.

Such huge commitments would put pressure on any couple but after six years together, we're sure the pair know what they're taking on.

We're still awaiting official confirmation from Mel's camp but we'll keep you posted.

Until then, mum's the word.
