Lily Allen Watching your fave singer blub onstage is not quite what you expect when you go to a concert.

But that's exactly what happened to Lily Allen fans in Helsinki.

The singer came over all emotional and burst into tears as she performed her set.

But she insisted her tears were due to physical pain.

As she calmed herself down, dabbing away the tears, she told the audience it was because of the painkillers she was on as a result of a nasty fall the night before.

"I feel a bit emotional tonight and if I cry it's not because of you but because of me."

Poor Lil. And cry she did.

But, ever the professional, she carried on.

She had indicated things weren't great before she started the gig, Tweeting: "Fell over badly last night and I've really f***** my back up. Just had an injection in my bum. How am I gonna get through tonight's gig?"

Let's hope she's on the mend.
