The latest fella to trek on down the heel route is film totty Jonathan Rhys Meyers.

Jonno was spotted proudly flaunting a pair of heeled boots while on the set of TV drama The Tudors, in Dublin.

Of course, it could all be in aid of his character Henry VIII, who was perhaps partial to a bit of heely action.

Or it could be that Jonathan isn't quite as tall as his co-stars and so needed a bit of a lift. Bless him.

Either way, the pics made us chuckle and we have to say these leather knee-highs are rather sexy.

In fact, were Julia Roberts' character in Pretty Woman to clap eyes on them, she'd probably be slightly jealous.

So, good on you John - and big up the man heels.
