Last night the Apprentice contestants had to flog tissues.
But who needed a Kleenex after being axed?
That's right, another unlucky person felt the boardroom axe of Sir Alan Sugar.
The gent in question was Raef Bjayou, who reckoned he was booted
for not being "gritty" enough.
He said: "I learnt a lot about myself on The Apprentice, about how I can improve myself as a businessman.
"I learnt that as a leader if you are put in charge of a group of people, to use the legal jargon, the burden of proof is on you to prove what other people's skills are."
He also reckons: "I just think I didn't come across as gritty enough. The others are more in your face, and that's how Sir Alan got to where he is today."
The booted star also told the Metro he's keen to pursue an acting career now and if the role called for it would defo go naked on stage.
Erm, we don't need anything that gritty, thanks.
