Paris Hilton has an opponent in the celeb-style boxing ring.

And she's landed  her a verbal left-swinger from absolutely nowhere.

For some random reason, the whole self-fulfilling hype surrounding the phenomenon that is Paris has really got the goat of one Sharon Osbourne.

Mrs O apparently can't abide with Paris' apparent lack of skills (harsh, we know), telling Parade.com:

"She has no talent. I’m sure Paris would tell you that herself."Sharon Osbourne

Umm, we're not sure she would, but hey.

Continuing on her sugary sweet rampage, Sharon said girls "looked up to Paris" and "the timing was right for her" - the only reasons she could find for the socialite's monumental reign on the showbiz scene.

Sharon added: "She’s got a look a lot of younger girls liked and copied. She’s a very sweet girl. But that’s it. Then you put a full stop."

Miaow. Talk about celeb swords at dawn.
