She's revealed all on her Twitter page.
It seems that one of the quirky contestants on Britain's Got Talent has moved the mum-of-three to tears.
You'd think Demi would spend her Saturday nights at swanky parties in the Hollywood Hills, but this week the A-List actress was glued to YouTube watching BGT's Susan Boyle belt out I Dreamed A Dream.
Demi couldn't contain her excitement, posting a link to the video on her Twitter page, which draws 524,491 followers.
She gushed: "This just made my night."
As thousands of Demi's fans followed the link to watch the 48-year-old Scottish charity worker's performance, Demi, 46, wrote a Tweet reply saying: "You saw it made me teary."
