Word on the street has it that a well-known singleton has hooked up with gorge Hollyoaks hottie Jamie Lomas - aka bad boy Warren Fox.

But who's the recently love-lorn actress in question?

Kym Ryder is the lady we're chatting about.

She may be nursing a broken heart, but Corrie's Kym has apparently found a shoulder to cry on.

She and Jamie were spotted getting it on at her fancy-dress birthday bash in Manchester recently.

"Kym was having a ball," an onlooker told the Daily Mirror.Kym Ryder

"All her friends turned up and made a real effort with their costumes. But as soon as Jamie turned up, she only had eyes for him."

Very intriguing indeed, we have to say.

Jamie, who was dressed in a caveman costume, reportedly left the party alone - though rumour has it Kym may have caught up with him later on in the evening.

A source at the shindig said: "Jamie left the party first and got a cab back to the hotel. Kym sneaked off to join him."

Oh-er, how exciting.

We only hope Kym's ex-husband, Jack Ryder, isn't crying into his cornflakes.

But it is nice to hear whisperings of soap lust - it's better than the storylines themselves.
