In fact, as far as thin arms go, this one's really got our jaw on the floor.
But who owns such a wee body part?
Well, the lady in question is none other than Courtney Love.
The rocker has been spied out in New York looking rather teensy.
She's gone from curvy to skinny and back again before.
In fact, in August 2007 Courtney reportedly said she'd "taken care of (her) eating disorder."
In an interview with Elle magazine this year Court said: "If I could get a gastric band I would. I've heard it's a lot of vomiting and a pain in the ass, but it's still easier than a diet.
"I did go to see a Hollywood doctor about it. I wasn't desperate, I just knew I had to do something. He said 'no'.
"I might have been fat, but I wasn't that fat. I tried lipo on my stomach 
after that. It was horrible and it didn't work."
She also commented on her weight loss at the time and said: "I knew I had to eat more because I was scary. I lost my tits, I lost my ass.
"My stomach was really loose and saggy because I hadn't done any exercise to lose the weight, I simply hadn't eaten."
