It was disco night on The X Factor this weekend.
And there sure was an inferno of tension going down...
But which of the remaining nine finalists got the chop from the comp?
Simon Cowell's act Austin Drage became the latest X Factor hopeful to have his dreams dashed.
Previously one of the fave finalists in the show, whose voice has always been applauded by the judges, Austin got knocked out after appearing in the bottom two alongside Dannii Minogue's act Rachel Hylton.
Singing for survival, 21-year-old Austin chose Will You Still Love Me
Tomorrow by The Shirelles to battle it out against Rachel's rendition of No More Drama by Mary J Blige.
Though all the judges agreed that Austin had performed well, all but Simon voted for him to go, with Louis noting that Rachel had "raw talent".
Bruised but not beaten, Austin took his defeat like a man, saying:
"I'm really well because I know everyone ain't seen the best of me yet."
Commenting on Austin's exit, Simon said:
"For me, he was one of the best singers tonight, so he can go out with his head held high."
