And while she's striving to be diplomatic, it's clear she doesn't want to be popped in the same box as her musical contemporary.

"We don't keep closely in touch with one another and it's obvious how our lives have taken on two different directions," Xtina told the Daily Mail on the topic of Britters.Britney Spears

"I don't pass any judgement on what she does," she added. "I always wish her all the best."

All very carefully worded, but we can't help but notice that Xtina is metaphorically running a million miles from her former Mickey Mouse Club gal pal.

While in the old days, the Xtina-Brit feud was all about who was hotter and more successful, now it seems to focus more around the former disassociating herself from the latter.
